Coronavirus Update

As concerns about the speed of the coronavirus (COVID-19) increase, we wanted to personally reach out to update you on what we are doing to care for both our guests and employees during this time

Your health is our top priority!
Here's what we are doing to maintain a clean and safe salon environment for you and our team!

Salon Safety Guidelines

  • Our salon is well-stocked with disinfectants, sanitizers, soap, and cleaning supplies
  • We will require clients and stylists to wash hands before undergoing any services
  • We are following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all stations, high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, phones, counters, etc), towels, capes, and products are disinfected on a regular basis
  • Employees who are feeling under the weather or beginning to show flu-like symptoms are required to stay home until they are symptom-free

Social Distancing

We will be practicing social distancing.
What this means:

We ask that you show up to your appointment alone.
We will be enforcing a "hands-off" protocol. As much as we are excited to see you again in our salon, we won't be reaching for hugs or shaking hands at this time as we practice good hygiene
  • We will not be accepting sick clients
  • If you or someone you are in close contact with are sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation fees will be temporarily waived to ensure the salon is a safe environment for other clients and staff members
  • We will help you reschedule your appointment to a later date
We have been closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and keeping up with all governing health regulations put out by the CDC, the WHO, and the PBA, and will continue to do so

We are taking this unprecedented situation day-by-day and want everyone to be in charge of their own comfort levels
We will continue to stay open but will monitor the situation daily. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
We hope you take this time to take care of yourself and others. Look out for your neighbors and be kind to one another.
Thank you to ALL of our healthcare workers, doctors, and nurses for your dedication and service during this time.
Stay safe and healthy, we are in this together!
