Cancellation Policy

  • Roots & Rouge does enforce a cancellation policy. We request that all cancelations or reschedulings be done 48 hours prior to your appointment time. 
  • Any changes in your reservation within a 24-hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of your reserved appointment service).
